Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.1.26. I have used AVG but uninstalled it for this process. I am not a novice around computers and have gone thru the cleaning process here a number of times as in my work online i have run into the usual problems even with protection.

I have an XP SP3 OS on an AMD 2.6 Ghz dual core system it has been pretty much trouble free for over a year now, tho i have been here before in the past with other systems and recieved great help. So I am asking for help here as instructed by BC Advisor. I had trouble first with a lost Security Panel, i could not access my Firewall, and then have a problem with the Updates balooning, up to 99% and freezing my system, Malware Antimalwarbytes found a trojan and ESET found six several weeks ago but they keep coming back.
I went thru the initial review process here and BC Advisor determined that my computer is infect ed with Zero Access.
